Job summary

EVERSANA seeks an Associate Manager, Market Access & Pricing in Canada to support national and provincial reimbursement efforts. You will leverage clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence to demonstrate value to payers and assist in HTA submissions across CADTH, INESSS, PMPRB, and private payers.

Minimum education includes a university degree in health services research, public health, or economics, with strong English communication and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Business level English proficiency is required; reading, writing and communication in French is an asset.
• Strong multitasking, organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing client needs and environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support CADTH/INESSS/PMPRB submissions and private payers with background research and synthesis.
• Assist in drafting reports and submission dossiers including clinical landscape reviews and budget impact analyses.
• Prepare draft slide decks for project leads and assist in payer negotiations and PLA development.
• Mentor Associates in submission setup and document compilation.
• Monitor and analyze the Canadian market access landscape to provide client updates.
