POSITION:
SailPoint is seeking a Solution Engineering Manager to support our Canada Enterprise solution engineering team. You will play a critical role in growing SailPoint’s business by building and leading a high performing team of Solution Engineers. Our Solution Engineers play a vital role in demonstrating and communicating the value of SailPoint’s products and thought leadership to our prospective customers in the Identity Governance market.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Within 30 Days: Onboarded and met all team members and sales leaders the territory supports.
Within 60 Days: Familiar with business and top opportunities and established cadences with peers, sales, and team members.
Within 90 Days: Complete product training and into rhythm with team members, peers, and leadership.
Within 1-Year: Continue in full partnership with sales leaders and trust of your team while achieving budget for the sales territories supported.
