Job Duties

• Assist senior operators and/or perform frac-specific roles under strict supervision, including tasks such as handling proppant, chemicals, blending, QA/QC, etc.
• Learn basic operations, including equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and operating support equipment like proppant handling systems, fluid tanks, and manifolds.
• Complete required training and demonstrate competency for current and next level roles.
• Assist in assembling and preparing equipment for installation and service.
• Participate in cleanup, repair, and preparation for subsequent jobs.
• Exhibit safety awareness and environmental consciousness, complying with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Engage in quality and continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good reading comprehension and writing skills necessary.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform simple mathematical calculations preferred.
• Skills acquired through on-the-job training and 3-6 months of experience as an Operator Assistant I.
• Valid Class 5 non-GDL driver's license required, with the ability to obtain a Class 1 license. Support for licensing courses provided by Halliburton.
• Must provide a copy of driver’s abstract.
• Must coordinate local housing in the Grand Prairie area during scheduled work periods.
• Schedule: 15 days on/6 days off, with overtime eligibility. Schedule may be adjusted based on industry needs.

Candidates with qualifications exceeding the minimum may be considered for higher roles such as Operator Assistant II or Service Operator II, depending on experience and business needs.
