GHD is seeking a strategic leader for its Canada Central Clients and Markets team. Based in Ontario, you will drive growth across Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, collaborating with global and regional leaders to position GHD in private and public sectors.

You will lead proposals, partnerships, and market development while ensuring project excellence and talent development. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, foster innovation, and elevate GHD’s growth trajectory in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

Over 15 years leading large projects and teams in engineering or related fields.
Proven track record growing markets across multiple provinces and regions.
Strong leadership and collaboration across senior stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategy for Canada Central markets across Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
Lead business development efforts with cross-border collaborators to win complex multi-market projects.
Drive market intelligence, proposals, and client relationship management using CRM tools.
Champion Health, Safety, Welfare, and Quality while expanding the regional pipeline.
Mentor teams, collaborate with Market Leaders, and ensure delivery of strategic initiatives.
