Job summary

GHD seeks a strategic leader to drive growth for Central Canada markets, including Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. You will lead business development across Canada, collaborate with global and regional teams, and shape the market approach for multi-discipline projects.

Based in one of GHD's Ontario offices (Markham, Mississauga, Toronto, Whitby or Waterloo) with travel across Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and other locations.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience delivering growth across multiple markets.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities across Canada Central.
• Client relationship management and growth-focused mindset.
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the growth plan and strategic vision for Central Canada markets.
• Lead Canada Central business development with cross-functional collaboration.
• Position GHD strategically through differentiated value propositions and partnerships.
• Win multi-market, multi-discipline projects across Environment, Transportation, Water, Energy and Resources, and Property & Buildings.
• Represent GHD at industry events and build strong client leadership across key accounts.
