Job summary

A leading logistics company in Ontario is looking for Ground Ambassadors for Kiosks to join their team. Candidates will be responsible for engaging the community to recruit riders and Client partners, managing Kiosk setups, and assisting riders during the booking process. Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong people skills and a passion for promoting Client. Sales experience is preferred but not required.

Overview

Ground Ambassador for Kiosks

Hiring all-star Ground Ambassadors to spread the word about Client & acquire new drivers and riders! Join the Uber team to help us recruit new riders & Client partners at events and within local communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff a booth that will have an Client Kiosk at a large-scale venue.
• Assist riders if they are in need of support as they book a ride.
• Provide feedback on the booking experience based on their observations of riders booking rides with the Client team.
• Lead set up of the Kiosk on a daily basis.

Required Skills

• You\'re a self-starter.
• You don\'t need someone telling you what to do on a daily basis. You wake up and have a plan of attack.
• You have passion for Client and growing the brand
• You are a people person, you love talking to people and getting them excited
• You are self driven, organized, and reliable
• Reliable, punctual and professional individuals
• You are comfortable with technology (smartphones, iPads, google docs, etc.)
• Sales experience or prior promo experience preferred, but not required
