Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an Associate in Duncan, BC to provide customer service by completing stocking and merchandising tasks in a safe, clean store environment. You will work with a team to plan and execute duties based on workload and operational needs, greeting customers and helping them find products while maintaining safety standards.

The role starts at a minimum hourly rate and offers opportunities to contribute to stock availability and store presentation.

• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.
