Job summary

Walmart Canada in Hamilton, ON is seeking a customer service associate to stock and maintain shelves and backroom areas. You will greet customers, assist with product questions, and ensure accurate stocking to support availability.

Responsibilities include reviewing workload, signing merchandise, maintaining shelf integrity, assisting with stock unloading, and keeping fixtures and tools clean and safe.

• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

Position Summary

To provide customer service by completing assigned stocking activities. This will be accomplished by accurately stocking picks and new merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75.
