Walmart in Welland, Ontario is seeking a Stock Associate to provide customer service, stock shelves and prepare backrooms. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, maintain stock integrity and support the Customer Availability Process in a team-based environment.

The role emphasizes safety, proper use of fixtures and a clean, hazard-free workspace. Minimum age is 16, and the pay starts at CAD 18.10 per hour.

Position Summary…

To provide customer service by completing assigned stocking activities. This will be accomplished by accurately stocking picks and new merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.

• 4.Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• 5.Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• 6.Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• 7.Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• 8.Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.10.
