What you’ll do

Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders

• Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery.
• Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
• Ensures product quality and order accuracy by selecting fresh, high‑quality products and removing damaged or unsuitable items.
• Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
• Maintains efficient and organized packing, packs totes efficiently to make best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use.
• Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.
• Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.
