Position Summary...

Working as a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada is an excellent opportunity to build hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced retail environment. In this role, you play a key part in keeping the store running smoothly by unloading trailers, processing merchandise, and moving pallets to the sales floor, all while maintaining a safe and clean workspace. What you'll do... WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders
  • Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery.
  • Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
  • Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy
  • Selects fresh, high‑quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items.
  • Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
  • Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing
  • Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
  • Support Customers and Team Operations
  • Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
  • Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use.
  • Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.

Physical Demands
  • Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
