Position Summary

Working as a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada is an excellent opportunity to build hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced retail environment. In this role, you play a key part in keeping the store running smoothly by unloading trailers, processing merchandise, and moving pallets to the sales floor, all while maintaining a safe and clean workspace. What you’ll do
  • Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery.
  • Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
  • Ensures fresh, high‑quality products, removes damaged or unsuitable items, and completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
  • Maintains efficient and organized packing, packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
  • Supports customers and team operations, balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
  • Follows safety, food hygiene, and quality standards, maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use; operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Physical Demands
    • Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
    • Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
