What you’ll do
  • Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery.

  • Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
  • Maintains Efficient and Organized Packing: Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
  • Supports Customers and Team Operations: Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
  • Follows Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards: Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use.
  • Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
