What You Will Do

• Keep the area clean and organized, free of debris, unnecessary displays, foreign objects, or liquids.
• Show customers the correct and efficient way to use the self-checkout stations, if needed.
• Promote company programs, such as credit card services, product protection, and charity initiatives.
• Observe customer activities to determine if they need assistance.
• Politley explain the reasons for interventions and quality checks, reassuring customers that these are standard protocols.
• React appropriately to SEA alarms and fill out the "Demagnetization Fault" register.
• Call the customer service manager if the self-checkout stations have low cash or technical issues.
• Return portable scanners to the "Scan and Pay" display.

Minimum Skills
