What you'll do...

1. Keep the area neat, clean, and organized, free of fixtures, debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
2. Educate customers on the correct and efficient use of self-service options, when applicable.
3. Promote company sponsor programs, such as credit card services, product protection, and charity initiatives, when applicable.
4. Observe customer activities to determine when assistance is needed.
5. Politely explain the reasons for interventions or quality checks, reassuring customers that these are normal protocol.
6. Respond to EAS alarms and complete the "Failure to Deactivate" Log.
7. Call the Customer Service Manager for issues like low cash in self-service areas or technical problems.
8. Return Scan & Go scanners to their designated area after use.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.00, with the rate determined based on relevant experience.
