4. Observe customer activities to determine when assistance is needed.
5. Explain interventions or quality checks politely, reassuring customers that such checks are standard protocol.
6. Respond to EAS alarms and complete related logs.
7. Notify the Customer Service Manager of technical issues or cash shortages in the self-service area.
8. Return Scan & Go scanners to their designated location after use.
