What You'll Do

• Keeps the area neat, clean, and organized, free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
• Educates customers on the correct and efficient use of self-service options, when applicable.
• Promotes company sponsor programs, such as credit card service, product protection, and charity initiatives, when applicable.
• Observes customer activities to determine when assistance is needed.
• Explains the reasons for interventions or quality checks politely, reassuring customers that such checks are normal protocol.
• Responds to EAS alarms and fills out the "Failure to Deactivate" Log.
• Calls the Customer Service Manager for issues like low cash in the self-service area or technical problems.
• Returns Scan & Go scanners after use.

Minimum Qualifications

Age - 16 or older.
