Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized self-checkout area, free of debris and hazards.
• Educate customers on proper use of self-service options.
• Promote company programs such as credit card services, product protection, and charity initiatives.
• Observe customer activities to determine when assistance is needed.
• Politely explain interventions or quality checks, reassuring customers that these are standard procedures.
• Respond to EAS alarms and complete related logs.
• Notify the Customer Service Manager of cash shortages or technical issues.
• Return Scan & Go scanners after use.

Minimum Qualifications

Age 16 or older.
