What You'll Do

1. Keeps the area neat, clean, and organized, free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
2. Educates customers on the correct and efficient use of self-service options, when applicable.
3. Promotes company sponsor programs, such as credit card services, product protection, and charity initiatives, when applicable.
4. Observes customer activities to determine when and if assistance is needed.
5. Politely explains reasons for interventions or quality checks, reassuring customers that these are normal protocol.
6. Responds to EAS alarms and fills out the "Failure to Deactivate" Log.
7. Calls the Customer Service Manager for issues like low cash in the area or technical problems.
8. Returns Scan & Go scanners to their designated place after use.

Minimum Qualifications

Age - 16 or older.
