Position Summary: Working as a Self-Checkout Attendant at Walmart Canada offers an opportunity to develop retail skills. What You'll Do:

  1. Keep the area neat, clean, and organized, free of debris and liquids.
  2. Educate customers on the use of self-service options.
  3. Promote company programs such as credit cards, product protection, and charity initiatives.
  4. Observe customer activities to determine when assistance is needed.
  5. Politely explain interventions or quality checks and reassure customers about the process.
  6. Respond to EAS alarms and complete related logs.
  7. Notify the Customer Service Manager of cash shortages or technical issues.
  8. Return Scan & Go scanners after use.

Minimum Qualifications: Age 16 or older.
