What You'll Do

• Keep the area neat, clean, organized, and free of fixtures, debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
• Educate customers on the correct and efficient use of self-service options when applicable.
• Promote company-sponsored programs, such as credit card services, product protection, and charity initiatives, when applicable.
• Observe customer activities to determine when assistance is needed.
• Politely explain reasons for interventions or quality checks, reassuring customers that these are normal protocol.
• Respond to EAS alarms and fill out the "Failure to Deactivate" Log.
• Call the Customer Service Manager for technical issues or cash shortages in the self-service area.
• Return Scan & Go scanners after use.

Minimum Qualifications

Age - 16 or older.
