Clearly explain any interventions in a friendly, reassuring way and escalate cash or technical issues to the Customer Service Manager.Respond to EAS Alerts and Complete DocumentationResponds to EAS alarms in accordance with procedures and accurately completes the “Failure to Deactivate” log.Manage Scan & Go EquipmentEnsures Scan & Go scanners are returned to their designated storage locations after use.Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) • Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
