Position Summary: To provide exceptional customer service and assist in salesfloor operations to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.

What You'll Do:

1. Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
2. Assist customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and helping with purchase decisions.
3. Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management when appropriate.
4. Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up displays, and pricing merchandise.
5. Handle claims and returns properly, secure merchandise, identify high shrink items, and maintain a safe environment as per company policies.
6. Receive and stock merchandise, use equipment appropriately, and complete required paperwork and logs.
7. Refer service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as needed.
8. Seasonal duties vary throughout the year, including handling Garden Centre, Toys, and Bikes. Tasks may include watering and culling plants, limited cash handling, and physical activity for bike handling.

Minimum Qualifications: Age 16 or older.
