Position Summary

To provide exceptional customer service and assist in salesfloor operations to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.

What you'll do

1. Meet with the Customer Experience Sales Floor Department Manager / ASM to discuss daily store changes.
2. Keep customers informed about all changes that have occurred during the week.
3. Walk impacted areas and approach customers to answer questions and meet their needs.
4. Complete PA Announcements for customers.
5. Communicate customer questions, suggestions, and concerns to the Customer Experience Department Manager/ASM.
6. Report safety concerns to management after addressing hazards.
