Join to apply for the (CAN) Relief Pharmacist role at Walmart Canada.

Position Summary: The Relief Pharmacist assists the Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in all aspects of Pharmacy Operations.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure excellent patient experience and locate merchandise on the sales floor.
• Establish and develop relationships with Professional Services District Managers and other stakeholders.
• Accept prescriptions and refill requests from Customers, Doctors, or Hospitals.
• Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately, efficiently, and safely, and counsel patients on pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Follow OBWs/SOPs and operate pharmacy equipment.
• Protect patient privacy and follow provincial regulations.
• Provide eligible services like medication reviews and injections.
• Travel to various locations as per schedule and develop relationships with other healthcare providers within the store.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Age 16 or older
• Pharmacist License (secondary optional permit in Alberta: CA_APA - Additional Prescribing Authorization)
