• Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markdowns, signing, labeling, and pricing.
• Keep the department fully stocked and ready for business.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Stock merchandise, handle downstocks if applicable, and set modulars, including flex modulars and shelf caps.
