What you'll do

1. Zone the department.
2. Rotate stock and check for expired products.
3. Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced.
4. Follow standards for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibration, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, and expiration dates.
5. Adhere to food safety, handling procedures, sanitation, and cleaning protocols.
6. Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing, flagging, and labeling.
7. Keep the department fully stocked and ready for customers.
8. Follow health and safety guidelines.
9. Stock merchandise, pick, downstock if applicable, apply product protection when required, and set up modulars including flex modulars and shelf caps.
