What You'll Do...

• Zone the department.
• Rotate stock and check for expired products.
• Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced.
• Adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibration, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates.
• Follow food safety and handling procedures, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
• Follow procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
• Ensure the department is fully stocked and ready for business.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Stock merchandise, pick, downstock if applicable, apply product protection when required, and set and complete modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps.

Minimum Qualifications...

Age - 16 or older.
