• Zone the department.
• Rotate stock and check for expired products.
• Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced.
• Follow standards for cold chain, thermometer calibration, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, and expiration dates.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
• Follow procedures for ordering, clearance, markups, signing, labeling, and pricing.
• Keep the department stocked and ready for business.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Stock merchandise, downstock if applicable, apply product protection, and set modulars, including flex modulars and shelf caps.

Minimum Qualifications: Age 16 or older.
