What You'll Do
  • Zone the department.
  • Rotate stock and check for expired products.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced.
  • Follow standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, and date management.
  • Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
  • Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing, labeling, and pricing.
  • Keep the department fully stocked and ready for business.
  • Follow Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Stock merchandise, pick, downstock if applicable, apply product protection, and set modulars including flex modulars and shelf caps.
Minimum Qualifications

Must be 16 years or older.
