What you'll do

1. Zone the department.
2. Rotate stock and check for expired products.
3. Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced.
4. Adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibration, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, and expiration dates.
5. Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
6. Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
7. Keep the department fully stocked and ready for business.
8. Follow Health and Safety guidelines.
9. Stock merchandise, pick, downstock if applicable, apply product protection, and set up modulars and shelf caps.
