Walmart Canada is seeking a Self‑Checkout Attendant to support a positive shopping experience in the self-checkout area. You will help customers complete transactions, promote programs, and maintain a clean, safe checkout space.

The role requires standing for long periods, light lifting, and availability for evenings, weekends and holidays. The starting pay is $18.75 per hour in Quebec, with opportunities to assist customers and learn retail operations.

Clearly explain any interventions in a friendly, reassuring way and escalate cash or technical issues to the Customer Service Manager.Respond to EAS Alerts and Complete DocumentationResponds to EAS alarms in accordance with procedures and accurately completes the “Failure to Deactivate” log.Manage Scan & Go EquipmentEnsures Scan & Go scanners are returned to their designated storage locations after use.Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) • Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
