What You'll Do

3. Ensures that products are of the highest quality, with no damages and the freshest selection.
4. Documents and labels all orders correctly, interpreting documentation such as pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimizes tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
6. Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and support, resolving issues as needed.
7. Maintains safety and hygiene standards, keeping work areas clean, managing spills, and operating material handling equipment responsibly.
8. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting operational and safety improvements, and demonstrates flexibility in work assignments.

Minimum Qualifications

Age – 16 or older.
