What you'll do...

1. Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with care to achieve timely delivery to customers.
2. Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar products, ensuring correct quantities, and proper labeling.
3. Ensure that all products picked are of the highest quality, free from damage, and of the freshest selection.
4. Document and label all orders correctly by interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
6. Balance fulfillment duties with customer interaction, including resolving issues and providing excellent service.
7. Maintain strict safety and hygiene standards, including keeping work areas clean, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are debris-free before packing. Operate material handling equipment safely, completing pre-use safety checks, and demonstrating behaviors aligned with the organization's values.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting operational, safety, and quality enhancements. Be flexible to adjust work assignments based on customer needs and delivery schedules.
