What You'll Do

• Assist in customer service by collecting shopping carts from the cart corrals, parking lot, and store perimeter, returning them to a safe storage location following Walmart procedures, and completing necessary logs.
• Respond promptly to requests at registers, assist customers with carry outs or carry ins, and verify receipts for proof of purchase.
• Follow established guidelines for cleaning and maintaining restrooms, handling chemicals, and disposing of waste properly, including inspection report completion before use of power equipment.
• Adhere to safety and emergency procedures, including guidelines for hazardous communication, lockout/tagout, and bloodborne pathogens.
• Maintain the Cart Retrieval Log at the Customer Service Desk.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies and procedures.
• Promote safety by wearing personal protective equipment such as steel toe footwear and reflective vests during cart collection for visibility.
• Complete safety sweeps as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Age - 16 or older.
