What You'll Do

• Assist customers by collecting shopping carts from various locations and returning them safely, completing all necessary logs.
• Respond promptly to requests at registers, assist customers with carry outs or ins, and verify receipts.
• Participate in cleaning and maintenance tasks, including restroom upkeep, chemical handling, and equipment inspection.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures, including hazardous communication, lockout/tagout, and blood-borne pathogen protocols.
• Maintain the Cart Retrieval Log at the Customer Service Desk.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies.
• Wear personal protective equipment, such as steel-toe footwear and reflective vests, during cart collection.
• Perform safety sweeps as required.
