Job description

Position Summary: To provide exceptional customer service and assist in salesfloor operations to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.

What you'll do:

1. Provide friendly and fast service for every customer, both incoming and outgoing, at the store front through positioning at the entrance/exit door.

2. Participate as a Loss Prevention team member by: attaching return tickets to all merchandise entering the store, identifying large outbound purchases such as electronics and verifying the customer's receipt (item and date), observing and reporting suspicious behaviors to Management and Loss Prevention, and reacting to code ADAM pages as per guidelines.

3. Understand and follow the EAS Program by reacting courteously to all alarms, assisting in identifying the root cause, logging incidents, and reporting system failures to management.

4. Ensure customers have necessary shopping tools including carts, baskets, and flyers.

5. Advise customers and seek assistance from sales associates to direct customers to respective areas and provide information.

6. Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
