Position Summary

What You'll Do

1. Assist in providing direction and coordination of overnight stocking according to communicated priorities from the Overnight Assistant Manager and the Daytime Management Team.
2. Assess the overall presentation of merchandise and store appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action, and execute merchandising display changes where required.
3. Ensure defective merchandise is taken to the claims room.
4. Take general responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager. Manage accidents that occur during the overnight shift in their absence.
5. Inspect assigned areas within the store to ensure adequate security and compliance with physical facilities standards.
6. Participate in training and development of Overnight Associates to achieve production results.
