Job description

Position Summary: This associate, reporting to the Vision Centre Manager, provides the store with expertise in the ordering and dispensing of quality eyewear, while maximizing sales and profit. They maintain exemplary customer service by adhering to Walmart's 3 Basic Beliefs and values.

What you'll do:

1. Develop the optical business by executing programs and promoting the Walmart brand.
2. Build collaborative relationships with optometrists and other healthcare providers within Walmart and the community.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure an excellent customer experience.
4. Practice within the regional regulatory environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Age: 16 or older
• License: Optician License for glasses and contact lenses
