Position Summary...

To pick and pack online grocery delivery orders, ensuring high quality standards and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction. This associate must be over the age of 18 and have completed the required training to handle alcohol products.

What you'll do...

1. Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with care and attention to quality to ensure "On Time" delivery.
2. Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar products, ensuring correct quantities, and accurate product codes.
3. Ensure product quality by selecting fresh and undamaged items.
4. Document and label orders accurately by interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimize tote filling by packing efficiently without compromising quality standards.
6. Balance fulfillment and customer service responsibilities, supporting issues to resolution.
7. Maintain safety and hygiene standards by keeping work areas clean, cleaning spills immediately, ensuring totes are debris-free, operating equipment safely, and completing safety checks. Demonstrate behaviors aligned with organizational values.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting operational, safety, and quality improvements, and demonstrating flexibility to meet daily schedules and customer requests.
