Position Summary...

To pick and pack online grocery delivery orders ensuring a high quality standard and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do...

1. Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with attention to quality to ensure "On Time" delivery.
2. Pack orders carefully, distinguishing between similar products, verifying quantities, and using correct product codes.
3. Ensure products are of the highest quality, avoiding damaged items and selecting the freshest products.
4. Document and label all orders accurately, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimize tote filling by packing efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
6. Balance order fulfillment with customer service, supporting issues to resolution.
7. Maintain strict safety and hygiene standards, keeping work areas clean, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are debris-free. Operate material handling equipment safely and perform safety checks before use. Demonstrate behaviors aligned with organizational values.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting operational, safety, and quality improvements. Be flexible to adapt work assignments based on customer needs and delivery schedules.
