What You'll Do

1. Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature zones with care and quality to ensure timely delivery.
2. Packs orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar products, exact quantities, and correct product codes.
3. Ensures products are of the highest quality, free from damage and with the freshest selection.
4. Documents and labels all orders correctly, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimizes tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
6. Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, supporting issue resolution.
7. Maintains strict safety and hygiene standards, including cleanliness, spill cleanup, and safe operation of material handling equipment.
8. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting operational, safety, and quality improvements, and demonstrates flexibility in work assignments.
