What You'll Do...

• Pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with care to ensure on-time delivery.
• Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing similar products, verifying quantities, and correct labeling.
• Ensure products are of high quality, undamaged, and fresh.
• Document and label orders accurately, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Efficiently pack orders to optimize space while maintaining quality standards.
• Balance order fulfillment with customer service, supporting issue resolution.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean work area, operating equipment safely, and completing safety checks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting operational and safety improvements, and demonstrating flexibility in work assignments.
