CAN OMNI CUSTOMER FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE

Position Summary: To pick and pack online grocery delivery orders, ensuring high quality standards and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

1. Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with care and attention to quality to ensure "On Time" delivery to customers.
2. Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar products, ensuring correct quantities and product codes.
3. Ensure that picked products are of the highest quality, with no damage, and include the freshest selections.
4. Document and label all orders correctly by interpreting and understanding documentation such as pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimize tote filling by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, providing service and resolving issues as needed.
7. Maintain strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including keeping work areas clean, promptly cleaning spills and debris, and ensuring totes are clean before packing. Operate material handling equipment safely, completing pre-use safety checks, and demonstrating behaviors aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity, safety, working conditions, and quality standards. Be flexible in adjusting work assignments based on customer requests and daily delivery schedules.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 16 years or older.
