Position Summary: To pick and pack online grocery delivery orders, ensuring high quality standards and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

1. Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with care and quality focus to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
2. Pack orders meticulously, distinguishing between similar products, verifying quantities, and using correct product codes.
3. Ensure picked products are of the highest quality, avoiding damaged items and selecting the freshest products.
4. Accurately document and label all orders by interpreting documentation such as pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimize tote filling by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
6. Balance order fulfillment with customer service, supporting issues to resolution.
7. Maintain strict safety and food hygiene standards, including cleanliness, spill cleanup, and equipment safety checks. Operate material handling equipment responsibly and exhibit behaviors supporting the organization’s values.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting operational, safety, and quality improvements. Demonstrate flexibility to meet customer requests and daily delivery schedules.
