What you'll do

2. Pack orders carefully, distinguishing between similar products, ensuring correct quantities and product codes.
3. Ensure products are of high quality, undamaged, and fresh.
4. Accurately document and label all orders, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimize tote filling by packing efficiently without compromising quality.
6. Balance fulfillment duties with customer interaction, supporting issues to resolution.
7. Maintain safety and hygiene standards, keeping work areas clean, and operating equipment responsibly.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggest operational changes, and demonstrate flexibility in work assignments.
