What you'll do...

1. Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with care and quality to ensure "On Time" delivery to customers.
2. Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar products, ensuring correct quantities and product codes.
3. Ensure that picked products are of the highest quality, with no damages and the freshest selection.
4. Accurately document and label all orders, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels correctly.
5. Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, supporting issues to resolution.
7. Adhere strictly to safety and food hygiene standards, maintain a clean work area, and operate material handling equipment safely, completing safety checks before use.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting operational, safety, and quality enhancements, and demonstrate flexibility in work assignments.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.55. The rate will be determined based on relevant experience.
