Potential Challenges in this Role

• High Task Volume in a Fast-Paced Environment: Manages overnight hours effectively and planning accordingly to stay energized and focused. Effectively manages work hours and plans ahead to maintain energy and focus throughout the shift. Handles a fast‑paced workload with efficiency, ensuring large volumes of restocking and recovery are completed accurately and on time.
• Physical Demands: Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
