**Position Summary:**

**What You'll Do:**

• Zone the department.
• Rotate stock and check for expired products.
• Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced.
• Adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates.
• Take orders for Deli Department merchandise; slice and prepare merchandise such as meat, cheese, fried chicken; and provide requested assistance.
• Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
• Prepare deli food orders, including meat, cheese, and utilizing slicers, stackers, and other utensils; prepare chicken using rotisserie oven and deep fryer; fill prepared salads and side dishes for display and fulfill customer orders as required.
• Follow Health and Safety guidelines.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
Age - 16 or older.
