What you’ll do

• Maintain Department Organization and Standards
  • Keeps the department clean, organized, and properly zoned to ensure it is customer‑ready at all times.
  • Rotates stock regularly and removes expired or unsellable products.
• Ensure Accurate Pricing and Signing
  • Ensures all merchandise is correctly signed and priced.
  • Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.
• Follow Food Safety and Cold Chain Practices
  • Adheres to food safety and cold chain standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell‑by dates, and expiration date compliance.
• Prepare and Serve Deli Products
  • Takes customer orders and prepares deli items such as meat, cheese, and fried chicken.
  • Uses slicers, stackers, rotisserie ovens, deep fryers, and other tools safely to prepare food, fill display cases, and complete special customer orders.
• Health and Safety Compliance
  • Follows all Health and Safety guidelines and Company policies to maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic work environment.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)
  • Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
  • Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.
